COVID-19 Precautions

For the safety of our patients, staff and doctors we have implemented the following precautions:

• Patients are encouraged to book an appointment
• Pls. complete all online forms to minimize time spent in the clinic
• Temperature will be taken before entering the clinic
• Hand sanitizing upon entry is mandatory
• Anyone who enters the clinic will be required to wear a face mask
• Observe social distancing & limit companions
